Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Maintenance Planner to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a strong administrative professional with experience in effectively managing maintenance teams, with strong understanding of OH&S Act, NCC, and NT building legislation and project management and life cycle. This role will see you oversee CMMS program, work orders, safety, maintenance schedules, and administration tasks, collaborating with technicians, supervisors, and other departments for effective communication as well as supporting office manager with fleet management, rostering, and timecard processing.
Key Duties
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule that includes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Create detailed work orders that outline the scope of work, statutory requirements, and safety precautions for maintenance tasks.
- Assist maintenance planner in Planning, prioritising, and executing unscheduled work resulting from breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment and facility assets, including maintenance history, manuals, and technical specifications.
