About the Role
As the Maintenance Scheduler, you will play a key role in scheduling planned maintenance activities. You will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, optimise asset performance, and provide strategic advice on maintenance prioritisation. Your expertise in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) will be essential in effectively scheduling and tracking maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage planned maintenance schedules in alignment with operational needs.
- Assess regulatory maintenance requirements and provide advice on permissible delays for planned maintenance tasks.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and efficiency in maintenance planning.
- Utilise CMMS to schedule, track, and report on maintenance activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and enhance maintenance strategies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Prior experience in maintenance scheduling.
- An understanding of regulatory maintenance requirements, with the ability to advise on planned maintenance activities.
- Experience using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
