About Us

Re’em Yarra Valley is a hatted 80-seat restaurant located at Helen & Joey Estate, offering a unique dining experience that blends modern Australian cuisine with regional Chinese flavours inspired by the heritage of our owners, Helen and Joey. Recently shortlisted for Regional Restaurant of the Year 2024, Re’em is also home to a boutique 16-room hotel and cellar door, set against the stunning backdrop of the Yarra Valley. We are open five days a week for lunch and two nights for dinner, with additional availability for special events by appointment.

About You

Formal training in the culinary arts: trade school certificate or min 3 yrs. experience

A deep love for food and a genuine passion for creating culinary masterpieces

The ability to learn and develop

A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively

Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every dish meets high standards

A commitment to maintaining the highest level of hygiene and safety

Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
