We're seeking an experienced Finance Systems & Project Delivery Lead for a 6-month contract to help lead the next stage of our NetSuite transformation. In this pivotal role, you'll work across finance, tech, and business teams to oversee the re-configuration of NetSuite, optimise core accounting modules, and remediate and enhance our reporting tool to better support operational and strategic decision-making.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with deep finance systems knowledge, strong project delivery capability, and hands-on NetSuite experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the re-configuration of NetSuite to improve performance, usability, and reporting accuracy.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of finance systems projects, with a strong focus on project governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Review and remediate current reporting issues, including design and rebuild of key reports.
• Optimise and improve the configuration of accounting modules (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, etc.).
• Work with finance and IT stakeholders to define requirements and prioritise solutions.
• Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners where applicable.
• Provide change management support and training to internal teams.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading finance systems projects
• It is essential for the candidate to have netsuite experience and a finance background
• Ability to start in <2 weeks
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Experience fixing or improving reporting tools within ERP environments.
• Excellent project delivery skills: planning, governance, communication, and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
