The Non-Award team is a national team working to support delivery of units across multiple campuses and online.

Full time, continuing role at our Blacktown, Melbourne or North Sydney campuses.

About the role:

Operating within Non-Award and Enabling Programs, the Program Coordinator (Non-Award Programs) plays a key role in supporting the delivery of non-award and enabling programs across one or more teaching areas of English, mathematics, science business and IT, and/or the humanities. The position involves operational leadership of non-award and enabling program teaching teams, with an emphasis on curriculum maintenance, program delivery, and enhancing the student learning experience. Collaborating closely with the Program Manager (Curriculum), the Program Coordinator ensures high-quality curriculum development and implementation, while also working with the Program Manager (Operations) to foster engaging and compliant learning environments for students.

What we offer:

Total remuneration valued to $121,117 - $131,031 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $102,346 - $110,723 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. A 2.8% increase will be effective from the beginning of the last full pay period before 30 June 2025.

17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.

Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
