We’re currently looking for a Podiatry Assistant to join our team and support our clinicians in delivering exceptional care.

About the Role: Podiatry Assistant

This hands-on role goes far beyond routine foot care. As a Podiatry Assistant, you'll be a key part of the patient journey – supporting podiatrists, assisting with treatments, and helping create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide routine nail care – trimming toenails and maintaining healthy skin

Assist in diabetic foot checks and accurate documentation

Support podiatrists during advanced procedures such as:

Lunula Laser Therapy for fungal nails

MLS Laser Therapy and Shockwave Therapy

Minor surgeries (e.g., ingrown toenail procedures)

Sterilise instruments and prepare treatment rooms

Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical protocols

Help ensure every patient feels welcome, comfortable, and cared for

Training & Development

We’ll provide you with:

Full hands-on training and ongoing mentoring

Allocated time to complete your Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance (HLT33021) – we’re here to support your growth

A structured learning environment with plenty of variety (no two days are the same!)

Passionate about health care – prior clinical experience is a plus, but not required
