About the role

Dalby Chemist', a well-established pharmacy in Dalby QLD 4405, is seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated Pharmacy Assistants to join our team. These roles, full-time and part time, will have you playing a vital part in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the efficient operation of our pharmacy.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing general information about medications and health products

Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and inventory management

Restocking shelves and ensuring the pharmacy maintains a tidy and organised appearance

Providing administrative support to the pharmacy team, such as data entry and filing

Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a customer service role within the healthcare or retail industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

A genuine interest in healthcare and a commitment to providing high-quality customer care

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
