Montrose Medical Practice is a leading private billing practice located in the vibrant heart of Glebe. We take pride in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages the sharing of experience and knowledge, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

We are open from 9am to 7pm on weekdays, 9am to 1pm on weekends, and closed on public holidays. Conveniently located near shops and public transport, our practice offers a supportive environment and a balanced work-life schedule.

Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated professional with at least 2 year of experience in a general practice setting. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Administering immunizations for adults and children

Conducting health checks as per government guidelines for various age groups

Preparing GP Management Plans

Assisting in minor procedures (IUD and Implanon insertion, skin excisions, iron infusions, earwax syringing)

Managing patient reminders and recalls

Overseeing inventory for medical supplies

Performing ECG, spirometry, and vision tests

Managing wound reviews and dressings

Cold chain management and infection control

Supporting practice accreditation processes

Working Hours

40-60 hours per fortnight (with availability on Fridays being essential), working alongside another practice nurse.

Ability to commit to a term of at least 24 months
