In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients, account managers, and production teams to develop engaging, cost-effective, and brand-aligned solutions for in-store displays. You’ll take concepts from sketch to prototype and into production — focusing on innovation, function, materials, and feasibility (sustainability).

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop creative POS display designs for retail environments

Create compelling sketches, 3D models, renders and detailed technical drawings

Translate brand identities into physical, retail-ready solutions

Select appropriate materials and manufacturing methods based on cost, sustainability, and design goals

Work closely with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure design feasibility and client satisfaction

Participate in design reviews and pitch presentations to internal teams and clients

Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies
