A leading PE backed organisation business are currently looking for a Head of Finance to help drive the commercial success of the organisation whilst helping to lead a finance transformation program aimed at driving efficiencies across the function.

For the successful candidate, this role will provide a great platform to grow and develop your career within a market leading organisation. Reporting directly the CFO and working closely with the executive team; the key duties of the role will include:

• Oversee the day to day finance function
• Overseeing the production and lead presenting of the monthly board reporting pack
• Driving finance transformation across the function looking to streamline processes and drive efficiencies across group and operational finance teams
• Actively manage the company cashflow to maximise liquidity
• Support companywide transformation and strategic decision making with key financial insights aiming at cost saving and growing revenue
• Work closely with external providers such as banks, chartered firms etc.

The ideal candidate for the role will be:

• CA/CPA Qualified
• Experienced leading larger finance teams with a keen eye for developing their people
• Experienced leading finance transformation to drive efficiencies
• A great communicator to work well with internal and external stakeholders
