About the Role:
As a key support member of our team, you’ll handle a mix of bookkeeping, office administration, and operational support tasks. This role offers variety and autonomy in a close-knit, flexible working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero
Accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll
BAS preparation and lodgement
General office admin: filing, email management, data entry
Coordinating with suppliers and customers
Supporting operational staff with scheduling, document prep, and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in bookkeeping (Xero proficiency preferred)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive and adaptable – able to work independently
Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Bonus Points:
Previous experience in a small business or marine/aquaculture environment
Familiarity with logistics or operations support
