About the role
OnTrack Tasmania is seeking a dedicated Reporting Officer to join our team in Glenorchy, Tasmania. This full-time role is integral to ensuring the effective management and reporting of our employment services programs. As the Reporting Officer, you will be responsible for collating, analysing, and presenting key performance data to support the ongoing improvement and success of our initiatives.

Maintain a work flow that supports excellence
Gather, organise, and analyse data from various sources to produce comprehensive reports on program outcomes and performance metrics
Develop and maintain reporting systems and templates to ensure consistent and accurate data collection and reporting
Liaise with program managers and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and tailor outputs to meet their needs
Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement based on the data, and provide recommendations to the leadership team
Support the preparation of funding submissions, grant applications, and other reporting obligations
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data management and reporting practices
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a reporting or data analysis role, preferably within the community services or employment services sector
Strong proficiency in data management, analysis, and presentation tools, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in your work
Understanding of relevant regulations, funding requirements, and reporting standards in the community services industry
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
