Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end bookkeeping services in Xero for a portfolio of small business clients

Prepare and lodge BAS returns (you must be a registered BAS agent)

Manage reconciliations, payroll, and compliance obligations

Liaise with clients via email/Zoom to clarify transactions, reporting, and timelines

Review and supervise offshore bookkeepers (data entry, bank feeds, etc.)

Ensure bookkeeping is done to a high standard, enabling accurate reporting

Collaborate with our coaching team to ensure financial data aligns with our strategic advice

Help document and improve internal processes and workflows

Set up new clients in Xero and onboard them into our systems

What We’re Looking For

Registered BAS agent (mandatory)

5+ years’ experience as a Xero bookkeeper across multiple clients

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Client-facing communication: clear, friendly, professional

Confident working autonomously and managing multiple deadlines

Experience working with or managing offshore bookkeepers is a bonus

Familiarity with service-based businesses, trades, or digital businesses ideal

Coachable and open to growth in a dynamic business environment

Compensation Details
