• Prior Finance Manager experience is mandatory which includes management of a small team
• $130,000 to $140,000 + Super + Super
• 5 days a week in the office

Our client is a household name and runs an established commercial business with operations across Australia and New Zealand. The role of Finance Manager is a highly visible role within the business and requires a business partner to develop the relationship between the business and finance.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and the Regional General Manager, the Finance Manager will manage everything from accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, to coaching and developing staff. The role has 5 direct reports, some of which are transactional accountants.

You must be CA/CPA Qualified with experience in managing a team, business partnering and running a finance function with the commercial business. You will be working with non-finance stakeholders and presenting to the CFO and Regional General Management team, therefore you will be an exceptional communicator (written and verbal).
