We’re entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation, and we’re looking for a commercially focused and hands-on Finance Manager to help shape our future. This is a key leadership role overseeing day-to-day finance operations and contributing to broader strategic decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities:

· Oversee Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll, and monthly close

· Deliver accurate management reports and support board reporting

· Manage cashflow, working capital and forecasting

· Ensure compliance with all tax, statutory, and financial obligations

· Strengthen internal controls, policies, and processes

· Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process

· Manage relationships with external tax and accounting advisors

· Mentor and lead a small accounting team

· Identify and implement process and system improvements

About you:

· CA or CPA qualified

· 5+ years’ experience in a similar role or in public practice with SME clients

· Strong technical accounting, reporting, and compliance knowledge

· Proactive and process-driven, with great attention to detail

· Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills

· Media or publishing industry experience is a bonus, but not essential
