About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performing Caravan Insurance Repairer with a sharp eye for quality, a strong work ethic, and a proactive mindset. This isn’t a patch-it-and-go kind of job. You’ll be trusted with repairing Caravans and RVs to manufacturer-level standards after accident or storm damage, water leaks, or other insured events.

You’ll take ownership of your work and play a key role in upholding Dempster’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Complete structural and cosmetic repairs on Caravans and RVs to insurance standards.

Remove and refit cladding, windows, appliances, and internal cabinetry.

Repair or replace damaged walls, floors, roofs, and frameworks.

Seal, waterproof, and weatherproof damaged areas.

Interpret repair scopes and follow repair plans from estimators.

Work independently and within a team to deliver on time and with precision.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Proven experience in the Caravan and RV industry

Strong understanding of caravan construction and repair methods.

High-level problem solving and attention to detail.

Ability to follow detailed work scopes with minimal supervision.

Pride in your workmanship — quality is non-negotiable.
