About the Role

This dual-role position blends technical estimating with hands-on coordination to ensure insurance repairs are delivered on time, on budget, and to Dempster’s high-quality standards. You will assess damage, liaise with insurers and customers, and manage the repair journey from quote through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating

· Conduct detailed inspections of damaged caravans and RVs using traditional and advanced diagnostic tools.

· Prepare accurate repair estimates in line with insurer guidelines.

· Liaise with assessors, customers, and suppliers to ensure quote clarity and approval.

· Identify hidden damage, update quotes, and communicate changes.

Coordination

· Schedule and manage repairs, parts ordering, and technician workflow.

· Provide regular customer updates throughout the repair process.

· Monitor job progress and maintain internal systems.

· Ensure all administrative and compliance documentation is complete.

· Collaborate across workshop, admin, and leadership teams.

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in estimating and job coordination in the Caravan and RV industry.

· Strong technical knowledge of Caravan/RV repair practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Exceptional organizational and multitasking ability.

· Detail-oriented mindset with high accuracy.

· Professional, reliable, and customer focused.

· Proficiency in estimating/job management software and Microsoft Office.
