About the role

Gippsland Psychology is seeking a Psychologist to join our growing practice in Sale. This full-time or part-time role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, collaborative team environment and make a meaningful impact on the mental health and wellbeing of the local community and beyond.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and developing individualised treatment plans for clients

Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapies, and other modalities.

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as general practitioners, to ensure holistic approach to client care

Be a part of our DBT team

Maintaining detailed client records and adhering to professional and ethical standards

Participating in professional development opportunities and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the practice

What we're looking for

Registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Strong clinical skills and expertise in evidence-based psychological interventions

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centred approach

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining high standards of practice
