At BMC Performance we specialize in Vintage & Classic Sports Car Service & Restoration.
About the Role
As our Office Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our business running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Parts Ordering: Source, order, and track parts to ensure timely delivery for ongoing projects.
Writing Invoices: Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices with accuracy and professionalism.
Managing Sub-Contractors: Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and ensure quality work from our trusted subcontractors.
Communicating with Customers: Be the friendly, reliable point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with warmth and care.
Communicating & Negotiating with Suppliers: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure we receive the best value and service.
Bookkeeping & data entry: Be proficient in Xero Accounting operations & file management.

Experience Required
Proven experience in an administrative role within an office environment, ideally within a successful business known for its positive, healthy culture.
Previous experience in the Automotive industry preferred and a passion for classic cars a bonus.
