The Employee’s principal duties and responsibilities as GM / CEO of Squash NSW will include the following:

Enhance the profile of squash in NSW through collaborative and cross function engagement with the President and Board of Squash NSW and state stake holders.

Build sustainability based on sound performance and commercial principles emanating from the strategic plan.

Support programs to sustain and increase participation and junior pathways.

Drive improvements in financial position of Squash NSW.

Manage marketing and promotional activities associated with the strategic plan.

Manage and implement digital and social marketing to drive engagement.

Implement continuous improvements in business operations with a focus on building cohesive teams and a strong, supportive culture.

Implement growth strategies in line with Participation, Performance, Profile and Facilities pillars within the Strategic Plan.

Maintain enhance negotiate and build ongoing relationships with key stakeholders, vendors and individuals associated with the sport of Squash in NSW

Create and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture working together with the President, Board and all employees of Squash NSW

To be Successful in Your Application You Will Demonstrate:
Outstanding leadership within relevant commercial businesses, predominantly Squash or the sporting industry at state or national level.

A demonstrated track record in driving improvements in financial position.

A high level of commercial acumen and an ability to apply business thinking to implement solutions across a range of different environments, with relevant educational qualifications.

Understand digital marketing and social mediums to drive engagement

Experience leading continuous improvements in business operations with a focus on building cohesive teams and a strong, supportive culture.
