The Role:
The CEO will be responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial leadership of the business. This individual will oversee daily operations, drive growth in both revenue and market share, and ensure continued excellence in customer service and supply chain performance. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will play a key role in modernizing processes, expanding market reach, and ensuring long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and execute the company’s vision and long-term strategy

Lead day-to-day operations across sales, procurement, logistics, and finance

Strengthen supplier and customer relationships

Drive revenue growth while improving operational efficiency

Identify new market opportunities and diversify product offerings

Build and lead a high-performing executive team

Implement modern systems and data-driven decision making

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven leadership experience in wholesale, distribution, or supply chain-focused businesses

Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar industry

Strong understanding of logistics, procurement, inventory management, and B2B sales

Demonstrated ability to drive growth in competitive markets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Financial acumen with experience managing P&L and optimizing margins

Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and build strong teams
