• $1000-1100 / day + GST
• 6m rolling contract, opportunities to go perm if that is your preference

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect ideally with experience on Health Cloud, or within the Healthcare sector.

Your role will be to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-impact CRM solutions tailored for healthcare organisations. This role will drive architecture decisions, oversee technical delivery, and ensure alignment with clinical and operational business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation in Salesforce, deep knowledge of healthcare industry workflows, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead architect on Salesforce Health Cloud implementations, guiding both technical and functional teams.
• Design end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements, technical standards, and regulatory compliance needs.
• Translate business challenges into robust system architectures, leveraging Health Cloud components such as Care Plans, Patient Timelines, Provider Relationship Management, and Utilisation Management.
• Define and document current and future-state architecture, integration strategies, and data models.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and clinical stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and user-centric solutions.
• Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, security, and platform optimisation.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features and capabilities, making recommendations for adoption.
• Mentor technical team members and contribute to internal solution accelerators or reusable frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Proven experience designing complex integrations with healthcare systems and data standards.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities: Lightning Components, Apex, Flows, SOQL, REST APIs.
• Knowledge of healthcare domain processes.
• Experience with Salesforce security architecture and compliant implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation, and communication skills.

Desirable if you have:

• Salesforce Certifications: Health Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect.
• Experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud
• Experience working with MuleSoft, Informatica, or other iPaaS tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset) and CI/CD practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery.
