This is a role is for an experienced Assistant Director with a passion for Educational Leadership, who’s ready to lead with heart, laugh with joy, and make a lasting impact in the lives of children and their families

We have commenced transitioning an existing centre to Jenny's ELC and we are looking for an amazingly experienced, caring, knowledgeable and strong mentor and leader to join the team!

This role is your opportunity to inspire a team, support a vulnerable community, shape young lives, and build meaningful connections with families and lead from the front and support a Centre Director.

About the Role:
As a key leader of our centre, you’ll play a key role in building a vibrant,
welcoming, and inspiring environment for children, families, and Educators. It's important you understand the Jenny's ELC values and help to transition the centre to a new level of quality and care.

 A deep understanding of early learning best practices and the ability to advocate for

exceptional educational outcomes.

 A deep understanding of the Child Care Subsidy and Additional Child Care Subsidy Systems

 A gift for building relationships—whether it’s with children, families, or your team.

 A passion for mentoring and developing Educators while sharing laughs and creating a positive team vibe.

 A commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.

 An awareness of the VEYLDF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards and a drive to deliver outstanding outcomes within these frameworks.
