What you'll be doing:

You'll take full ownership of SEO strategies across a diverse mix of client accounts.

Whether it's technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content marketing, off-page strategy, or analytics, you'll be driving performance through a holistic, experience-led approach on your terms. But don’t worry, you’re not going it alone.

You'll collaborate closely with our in-house content, PPC, and development teams, giving you access to the production firepower you need to bring your ideas to life. Strategy and communications are your domain, and we’ll ensure you have the support to execute.

Plus, because we’re a forward-thinking bunch, we embrace AI and automation. That means less time on repetitive tasks and more time refining strategies, testing ideas, and delivering real results.

Some key deliverables include:

SEO Strategy: Plan, execute, and monitor comprehensive SEO strategies.

Technical SEO: Conduct in-depth website audits to resolve technical SEO issues.

On-Page: Optimise website structure, metadata, and content for search engines.

KW Research: Conduct advanced keyword analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Link-Building: Prepare outreach and backlink orders for our content team.

Performance Analysis: Use SEO tools to track performance and make decisions.

LLM Monitoring: Stay abreast of key changes with LLMs with performance tracking

Client Comms: Provide clear, actionable insights to clients and build strong relationships.

Reporting: Provide interim reports to customers with all metrics explained clearly.

Collaboration: Work closely with content, PPC, and web dev teams to align strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re a confident, well-rounded SEO with a strategic mindset and the skills to back it up. You know how to get results and explain them clearly. If you’re someone who is just as comfortable discussing high-level strategy with a client as you are rolling up your sleeves and fixing a technical issue, we want to hear from you!

At least 2-3 years of SEO experience.

Proven account management experience.

A strong track record of delivering or explaining results.

Expertise in technical SEO and on-page optimisation.

Proficiency in SEO tools (Screaming Frog, GS Console etc).

Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Ability to implement SEO strategies across diverse CMS platforms.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Agency experience is highly regarded.

A solution-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
