About the Role

As part of our Clinical Team, you’ll dive into our cutting-edge, outcome-driven approach to treating all manner of Musculoskeletal Conditions, with a focus on headache, neck, back, and whiplash conditions. You’ll use state-of-the-art MedX Equipment and our Multi-Cervical Unit, deliver evidence-based care, and communicate with empathy to transform lives. Our tailored 4-week onboarding program, built upon your existing experience, will sharpen your skills to independently manage complex cases and contribute to clinic initiatives like patient information guides and Clinical Inservices. You’ll work with a team that cuts through the BS, thinks from first principles, and celebrates your growth.

We are moving to an exciting new phase of the business in 2025. After seeing 55000+ appointments over the past 12 years at our previous clinic at East Brisbane, we have upgraded to a brand new, World-Class Facility in Annerley.

What You’ll Do

Conduct precise assessments and design advanced treatment programs for a diverse range of patients.

Excel in manual therapy and equipment-based rehab (e.g., MedX, MCU whiplash protocols) with access to a fully fitted rehabilitation gym space.

Build trust with patients through clear, empathetic communication.

Partner with referrers (e.g., GPs, neurologists, surgeons) for seamless, multidisciplinary care.

Take Initiative to lead projects, like patient education content or Inservices - and build your patient list.

Pursue continuous growth to become a leader in drug-free, innovative, pain solutions.

You are:

A physiotherapist with 1–3 years’ experience and AHPRA registration (or eligibility).
