About the role

Join the team at Precision Painting and Decorating as a full-time Painter based in Bowral, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services to our residential and commercial clients across the region. What you'll be doing

Prepare surfaces for painting

Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces

Mix paint colours to match customer specifications

Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools

Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations

Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are delivered successfully

What we're looking for

Minimum 4 years' experience as a Painter in the residential or commercial construction industry

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team

Good communication and customer service skills

Adaptability to work on a variety of projects and surfaces

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
