We're Hiring – Second-in-Charge (2IC) Position Available
Leadership Role with Hands-On Involvement

Pixo Painting Services Pty Ltd is a well-established, family-owned painting and decorating company with decades of experience in the industry. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Second-in-Charge (2IC) to support the day-to-day management of our worksites and team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their painting career and move into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily site operations

Manage and support team members across multiple projects

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time and within budget

Liaise with clients, builders, and suppliers as required

Balance time between being on the tools and off the tools organising work schedules and site logistics

Assist with job planning, materials ordering, and team allocations

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in the painting and decorating industry (minimum 5 years preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

White Card and driver’s license required

ABN and own transport a plus
