The Role:

As the first point of contact, you'll bring a vibrant, welcoming energy to our state-of-the-art clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role where every day is different! Working Monday to Friday with no shift work, your duties will include:

Greeting and welcoming patients

Confirming and booking appointments

Rescheduling and managing calendars

Maximizing nurse and assistant efficiency

Stock control and overseeing rosters

Ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations

Assisting in surgical procedures if or when needed (don’t worry, full training provided!)

About You:

Minimum of 1 year experience in Front of House or Receptionist roles (preferably in hospitality or a similar environment)
