Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of your own portfolio of 125 properties
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to maintain property standards.
• Handle tenant enquiries, concerns and requests promptly & professionally.
• Manage new tenancies & vacating tenancies
• Lease renewals & negotiations
• Foster positive relationships with tenants, landlords & tradespeople
• Use of Console Cloud software

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Property Manager
• QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Strong relationship building and communication capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
