Are you a creative, proactive marketer with a passion for food, lifestyle and experiences? Want to help grow two distinctive local brands with big ambitions? We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to bring energy, ideas and execution power to our team.

Sellers Meat Co. – An award-winning local butcher shop delivering premium, locally-sourced meats and ready-made meals to busy families.

Kalani Estate – A luxury Airbnb property offering 5-star stays and unforgettable moments in the heart of the Hunter Valley.

📣 The Role

This is a newly created casual/part-time position (beginning 10 hours per week with room for growth) reporting directly to the business owner. You’ll help us scale our impact across both brands by:

Creating and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more

Designing marketing materials and reels using Canva and other tools

Running online ads (Meta, Google Ads) with a growth mindset

Planning local promotions and events to deepen community and guest engagement

Managing and improving our social presence with sharp instincts and fresh ideas

Have previous marketing or social media experience (agency, freelance, in-house – all welcome)

Know your way around Instagram, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and social scheduling tools
