CRA Construction is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our award-winning team. If you’ve worked in the construction industry, are confident with WIP, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, and want to be part of a driven, supportive team – this could be the perfect role for you.
This is a full-time, office-based position with no remote work – we value collaboration and strong communication across our team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end accounts payable & receivable
WIP (Work in Progress) reporting and margin tracking
Cash flow forecasting and account reconciliations
Maintain accurate bookkeeping in Xero and Ascora
Support the leadership team with reporting and budget preparation
🔎 What You’ll Bring:
Previous experience in the construction industry (essential)
Confidence managing WIP, A/P, A/R and financial reporting
Strong attention to detail and time management
Proficiency in Xero, and ideally Ascora
Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping or similar (preferred)
Brisbane-based and available to work from our Geebung office full-time
