About the role
Are you a passionate Speech Pathologist looking to make a real difference in the lives of your patients? Accelerated Allied Health are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis in our Laverton North clinic (with potential to grow into a full-time role).
We are also open to the successful applicant working with us on a contracting basis!
You will provide high-quality, personalised speech therapy services to a diverse range of NDIS clients, helping them to improve their communication, literacy and overall quality of life, either in the clinic or through home/school visits!

What you'll be doing
Develop and implement customised therapy plans to address the unique needs of each patient
Working primarily with children aged between 3-17 years
Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to help patients achieve their goals
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to patient care
Keep detailed records and prepare comprehensive progress reports
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices
What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
A team player who loves collaborating with families, educators and other professionals
Passionate about working with pre-school and primary school aged children
We strongly welcome applications from recent graduates and students nearing completion of their studies
