We are currently seeking a Customer Success – Software Support (Help Desk) professional to join our dynamic and collaborative ANZ Customer Success team. Based in Australia, this role is essential to the delivery of high-quality software support and ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and responsive experience.
What You’ll Do
Manage and triage incoming calls and emails in the Software Support queue
Assign and escalate service cases to the appropriate technician or technical level
Maintain daily scheduling of the Software Support team to manage planned and reactive work
Ensure accurate case data entry in Salesforce (contact info, priority, notes)
Invoice work orders efficiently, edit technician notes for professionalism and clarity
Prepare quotations and assist with product and customer complaints as needed
Support the Field Service and Sales teams to deliver timely software solutions
Drive performance by achieving high call-answering and case response rates
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of office administration and customer service experience
Experience handling and triaging incoming technical/service calls
Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
Excellent phone manner, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work in a fast-paced team environment
Experience in the dental industry and rostering/scheduling is an advantage
