Your Role:

As our next Support Coordinator, you’ll guide NDIS participants through their plans, helping them access the right supports and build connections in the community. You’ll play a key role in assisting people to reach their full potential.

What You’ll Need:

Qualifications/Requirements:

A degree in Social Work, Allied Health or a Bachelor of Disability and Developmental Education.

Registration with the relevant board or Association for regulated professions.

A current South Australian Driver’s Licence – and be open to some local travel.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong planning, coordination, or case management.

Creative thinker who enjoys solving problems.

Strong communicator who builds great relationships.

Someone who can work independently and take responsibility for their work.

Experience:

Previous Support Coordination or related experience (e.g., case management).
