Membership and Engagement Coordinator

Join the Australian Logistics Council (ALC), the voice of modern supply chain in Australia, as a Membership and Engagement Coordinator. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of our membership cycle, developing initiatives to support member retention and satisfaction, ensuring ongoing engagement and identifying new opportunities, and . Reporting to the CEO, you will be the face of ALC, maintaining and enhancing member relationships and coordinating impactful services and events.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement proactive membership strategies to optimise experiences for existing, new, and prospective members.

Manage and safeguard communications with members, ensuring timely and high-quality interactions.

Contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of ALC’s event schedule. For select events, take responsibility for overseeing the program and ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to a high standard., enhancing our annual event schedule, including responsibility for program and deliverables for select events.

Oversee the CRM database, ensuring up-to-date and reliable data for members and key stakeholders, ensuring accurate and reliable data.

Drive member retention and satisfaction through innovative initiatives.

Support the CEO in membership renewal processes and revenue maximisation efforts.

About You:

Experienced in membership coordination within a comparable role with a successful track record in leading the development of membership strategies.

Proven track record in enhancing member engagement and retention.

Strong project management skills, capable of organising and overseeing multiple initiatives.

Excellent communicator, adept at building relationships and engaging diverse stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset to identify and seize opportunities.

Comfortable with CRM database, social media channels, and Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Office suite of products, with the ability to learn new software applications.
