A Quick Snapshot of the Role: We are looking for a full-time emerging digital media leader to work closely with the strategy and account teams to focus on the planning, analysis and architecture of media recommendations. They will be responsible for the booking, tracking and performance of campaigns, reporting directly to the Head of Digital.

Key responsibilities:

Lead digital strategy and campaign development on a group of key clients

Build great relationships with key media contacts

Develop new methods of imparting and sharing best practice across the organisation to train and motivate other members of the team

Ability to break down and explain highly technical media requirements in layman’s terms

Work with the Head of Digital and Strategy team to link digital media to business strategy

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to develop digital solutions for all campaign briefs

Responsible for all digital account management on assigned clients

Work in partnership with clients to always ensure the best outcome and ROI

Keep abreast of new media initiatives and developments and share this knowledge internally

General Competencies:

Hands-on experience of digital buying platforms. A high competency of managing and buying digital media through relevant platforms such as Facebook Ad Manager and/or demand side platforms

Experience using ad serving platforms

Strong lateral and commercial thinking with the ability to recognise trends and opportunities

A confident presenter (via video and in-person) with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Promoter of strong team ethic across all departments to contribute towards successfully achieving business objectives (both ours and the clients’!)

Commitment to ensuring quality output and effectiveness both internally and externally

Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workload requirements and meet deadlines

Qualifications & Experience: Relevant Bachelor preferred or 5 years of relevant experience including a minimum 1 year of experience in a media agency or similar field. The ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
