Catalyst Support Services - Registered NDIS and Aged Care Provider .
Founded in 2017, Catalyst Support Services has grown to be a respected, quality service provider in Toowoomba , Chinchilla and the Western Darling Downs region.
The primary focus of this position is to manage and lead the current team of quality staff, while overseeing business systems, planning, rostering, and finances. A key area of focus is to ensure continued solid business expansion.
Requirements for Success:
Minimum 3 year experience.
Extensive knowledge of both NDIS and Aged Care standards.
Demonstrate a strong ability to lead business and resource planning, to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
Experience with Xero and Shiftcare highly desirable.
