About Us

MyLife Psychologists is a well-established private practice in Alexandria, Sydney, providing client-centred, evidence-based care to adults and adolescents (16+) for over 15 years.

We’ve built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality client care and cultivating a warm, supportive team culture. We believe that when our team are well-supported and have space to grow, they do their best work. We’re also home to a vibrant registrar program, with nine early-career psychologists currently on our team.

The Role

Work with a varied caseload of motivated clients, matched to your areas of interest and expertise.

Use evidence-based therapies such as Schema Therapy, EMDR, ACT, CBT and DBT.

Provide clinical supervision and contribute to the development of our registrar program.

Collaborate with a dedicated team of psychologists who value peer support and ongoing learning.

What We Offer

Secure Employment with a Generous Remuneration Package: Starting from $150,000+ per year (FTE) and based on experience and scope of clinical and supervisory responsibilities. Includes base salary, revenue share bonus, superannuation, paid leave, and CPD allowance.

Supervision and Mentoring Opportunities: Support our team of registrars as a board-approved supervisor (or as someone eligible for approval). Help shape a supportive learning environment within our practice.

Supportive Administration Team and Minimal Paperwork: Our full-time onsite administration and intake team take care of bookings, billing, and logistics. We have streamlined systems so you can focus on your clients.

Collegial Team Culture: Participate in individual supervision, monthly catered team catch-ups and group supervision, as well as social events.

About You

Experienced: You’re a Clinical Psychologist who’s confident working with a wide range of client presentations and you have training and interest in Schema Therapy and/or EMDR.

Supportive Leader: You’re a Board-approved supervisor (or eligible) and enjoy supporting early-career psychologists as part of their professional development.

Team-oriented: You enjoy being part of a warm, supportive team and contributing to its success.

Committed to Growth: You’re committed to ongoing learning, reflective practice, and evolving in ways that align with your strengths and interests.
