About the role

We are seeking an experienced and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our highly regarded dental practice in Warner, QLD 4500. This is a full-time role (Flexible) offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a talented and passionate team delivering exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming and greeting patients in a warm and professional manner

Scheduling appointments, managing the practice calendatar, and ensuring the smooth running of the reception area

Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records

Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients

Handling telephone inquiries and responding to patient queries in a timely and effective manner

Supporting the dental team with various tasks included in running a practice

What we're looking for

Previous experience working as a Dental Receptionist

Strong computer skills and proficiency in using dental software, appointment booking systems, and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

A team-oriented approach and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the practice
