You'll be delivering online purchases on behalf of a Luxury Brand - Take your customer service skills to the next level by providing clients with an in-store experience at their doorstep. You’ll be the ideal brand ambassador, professionally dressed and groomed, warm and courteous, and ready to make your clients day. This model of delivery is highly sought after in New York and London; be among the first to launch it here!

🎁The deliveries you’ll handle are small and light. You’ll use our own AI tech platform which makes the delivery process simple and easy. All training and uniforms are provided and you’ll be supported by our team to help you handle anything unexpected. We manage each delivery as a team which you will be an integral part of.

💵 You will be performing this role as an independent contractor on a fixed hourly rate. You will need our own vehicle, insurance, and fuel. We ensure you be compensated well above award for your effort. Paid Tolls and Parking required will be reimbursed on a weekly basis.

Requirements

Own your own vehicle with Comprehensive insurance

Background in the service industry, e.g., retail, luxury or hospitality, highly regarded

An active ABN

A valid Australian drivers licence

Sufficient work rights for Australia

Willing to have a police background check completed (or can provide a copy of pre-existing/valid police check (within the last 12mths)

Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills

Tech-savvy

Willing to be on call and notified the day of to fulfil last minute shifts (Min. 4hrs- Paid)

Attention to Detail - A meticulous approach to handling and transporting delicate items.

Experience

More than 1yr Customer Service experience essential

Previous courier, chauffeur, or delivery experience, ideally with luxury or high-value goods. Preferred, not essential

Tasks & responsibilities

Pick up/deliver parcels to residential or commercial locations using our app (smart phone required)

Depot location for pick-up - City of Fairfield

Willing to travel across broad metro areas daily

Be highly presentable, professional and exceptional with people

Be willing to adhere to our dress code / uniform provided

Afternoon-evening shifts (2:30pm start, up until 9:00pm)

Paid min 4-hours each shift, even if you finish early

Paid 1hr if your Rostered as On Call and don't get called in for that shift
