About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse & Admin Assistant (Casual ~20 hours per week) to join our team in Wetherill Park (NSW). This role involves a variety of warehouse-related tasks, along with some light administrative duties. No two days will be the same, so we need someone who is flexible, hands-on, and ready to help wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with general warehouse operations
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Printing labels, preparing packing lists, and other light admin tasks
• Receiving and organizing stock
• Operating a forklift when required
• Ensuring the warehouse is clean, safe, and organized
• Supporting the team with any additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Forklift license (required)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not essential
• Basic computer skills for admin tasks (label printing, packing lists, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
