Ayme Staffing is currently seeking experienced and skilled Forklift Drivers. This is an opportunity to join our team on a casual basis, for upcoming roles in the Mascot region. We are looking for individuals who have experience in Counterbalance forklift operation.

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate Counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse setting.

Manual handling and lifting of items

Load and unload materials from trucks or containers using forklifts.

Transport goods to designated storage areas within the warehouse.

Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance or safety issues.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while operating the forklift.

Assist with other general warehouse labouring duties as required.

Requirements:

Valid Forklift License.

Must have full availability to work on a rotating roster including day, afternoon and night shifts.

Ability to pass a pre-employment Police Check

Proven experience in operating Counterbalance forklifts.

Excellent knowledge of warehouse layout and safety procedures.

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in load handling.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.

This is a casual role, and the working hours will vary based on operational needs. Flexibility in terms of availability is essential.
