About the role

Our client is seeking a Network Support Analyst to become a key part of their expanding and motivated team of engineers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the performance, monitoring, maintenance, and support of network infrastructure for a range of clients.

You’ll respond to network-related incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain client network infrastructure using tools like PRTG
• Troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other networking equipment
• Provide Level 1–2 support and escalate critical issues appropriately
• Perform routine updates, firmware upgrades, and performance tuning
• Assist with new device setups, IP configurations, and security policy implementation
• Work closely with vendors and clients for incident resolution and escalation

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years in a network administration or support role, ideally in an ISP/MSP environment
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, VLANs, and VPN technologies
• Experience with Palo Alto preferred; other firewalls and switching vendors also valuable
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, or Nagios
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and secure remote access solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle for onsite support when required
