Summary

CGC have been engaged by a well established, expanding national construction head contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager to play a key role in the delivery of new build industrial and logistics projects for their key clients in Perth.

The role will provide support for one Site Manager retiring and another due to go on extended annual leave. The position is a contract role, with an initial duration of 5-6 months from start date.

Having been established 10+ years ago, this business have carved out a niche within the market as a specialist head contractor delivering large scale industrial warehouses, workshops, logistics facilities in Perth and WA enabling them to be a market leader within the space.

With over 40 employees within the business, they have received repeat business from key national and global clients due to offering a high end, unique service to clients.

The Role - Site Manager

As a Site Manager, you will work closely with an experienced Project Manager and CA, ideally having strong knowledge and experience working with structural steel and concrete - on either commercial/industrial/NPI building projects.

All aspects of site management - overseeing the site, labour, materials, managing sub contractors, coordinating with the client etc.

On Offer

- 5/6 month contract
- Potential to be extended or transition to permanent should that be of interest
- Open to candidates on a working holiday visa or Aus Citizen/PR
- Need to be available to start within the next 2 weeks
- Paid for every hour worked
- Hourly rate - $65-70p/h + Super, NEG.
