The Role:
At Heal At Home we are seeking Clinical Nurse Educator to join our compassionate team. This is a casual role, offering flexibility to work. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients in the home setting, assessing their health needs, managing complex conditions, and supporting them with holistic care approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and evaluate clinical training programmes
Provide clinical training to staff based on participant needs and service requirement in accordance with NDIS practice standards
Ensure training materials are up to date and clinically accurate
Facilitate initial and ongoing clinical competency assessment
Maintain accurate records of staff training and participation
Stay up to date with NDIS Practice Standards, and compliance requirements
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Registered Nurse with a valid AHPRA registration
Clinical experience, preferably in home or community-based care
Experience in providing training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
A genuine passion for supporting clients
Willingness to travel

To be considered for this role, you must provide the following:
Current AHPRA registration without conditions
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Current and valid National Police Check (Issued within last 12 months)
Current full SA driver's licence
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid Working with Children Check
Right to work in Australia
Assist Clients with Medication certificate
Current First Aid certificate
Current CPR Training certificate
Current Manual Handling certificate
