We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable casual educators to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional education to our our School of Health students. At the School of Health we deliver the Diploma of Nursing, Certificate lll Ageing and Disability and the Certificate lll Community Services. Our school is growing and we need you!
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an innovative and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of our students and prepares them for successful careers in health care. You will also mentor and support students and provide guidance and feedback to help them reach their full potential.
To be successful in this role, you should have a background in nursing, aged care, disability and/or community services as well as recent experience in clinical practice. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively with other educators and staff and have a passion for mentoring and supporting students.

The casual educator for the School of Health will have the opportunity to work across mulitple course related tasks:
Face to face education sessions
Clinical and simulation teaching
Clinical facilitation
Assessment marking
Unit writing and validation
We are currently looking for specialist educators in the areas of Nursing, Ageing, Disability and Community Services.
It is important that you have the following:
Minimum 3 years recent clinical experience in Nursing, Ageing, Disability or Community services
Familiarity with ASQA requirements and Standards for RTOs
Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or relevant higher level qualifications
Demonstrated teaching experience including planning, delivering, evaluating and assessing clinical skills, classroom and online learning.
