Happy Kingdoms is a speech therapy agency that understands the importance of providing early intervention for children with speech delay having been through this with our own children. Our service methodology is simple; we will meet with families to understand their child’s needs, assign a speech pathologist or allied health consultant whom will also act as a case manager to the child and visit the family’s home weekly to provide speech-improvement training. We work with children from the ages of five to twelve ranging from early intervention to complex communication needs, offering personalised one-on-one care delivered with purpose, practicality and care while ensuring the experience is fun and enjoyable.

Who you are and what we’re offering
We are looking for passionate Speech Pathologists and Allied Health Practitioners with tertiary qualifications in the areas of speech therapy or allied health practitioners currently embarking on further studies in this field with hands on experience to join our small yet exceptional team to help expand speech therapy support services to children in the North-Western communities of Victoria on a part-time basis mainly working on weeknights and weekends therefore this will suit a speech professional wanting to earn extra income or gain one-on-one client experience with a genuine passion to help children with speech delay.
In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based support to children from the ages of five to twelve. You’ll work with individuals experiencing communication and speech delay challenges related to developmental delays, disabilities, neurological conditions, or learning difficulties — all within a supportive and empowering team environment.
As a key member of our speech therapy team, you will:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and deliver tailored, practical and evidence-based treatment plans
Provide one-on-one therapy in clinic, home, and community environments
Meet with families, teachers and the client’s care team to create an evidence-based approach
Stay informed on current research and therapy innovations
Represent the business at relevant industry events and conferences
Undertake further professional development as required for the role

We will pay you an hourly rate to be agreed based on your qualifications and experience as well as a superannuation contribution and petrol allowance for travel.
