Young’s Palace is the latest project led by acclaimed chefs Big Sam Young and Grace Chen. A modern Chinese restaurant with a strong identity and a sharp drinks list.

We’re looking for a Bar Manager to take ownership of the bar program and lead a dynamic team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who brings creativity, systems thinking, and a calm presence behind the bar.

What you’ll bring:
- Proven leadership experience in premium venues
- Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge, with a passion for product and presentation
- A proactive, organised approach to service and team training
- The ability to lead from the front and build a positive, professional culture
- Experience working closely with suppliers and contributing to bar cost controls
