What you’ll be doing
- Providing high-level support to a Partner in the Energy & Infrastructure practice;
- Proactive diary, inbox, and travel management;
- Preparation of presentations, reports, and client documents;
- Acting as a key liaison for clients and stakeholders;
- Anticipating needs and contributing to the smooth running of the Partner’s practice; and
- Collaborating with a tight-knit EA group who support and elevate each other.
What we’re looking for
- A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Legal EA or Legal Secretary;
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise;
- Confidence liaising with high-profile clients and stakeholders;
- A proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail;
- Maturity, sound judgment, and a polished communication style; and
- Tech-savviness and confidence with billing, document management systems, and MS Office.
