As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and talented Advertising Manager to become a valued part of our dynamic team.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Advertising Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic promotion of our property listings and strengthening our brand presence across various platforms. This position calls for a creative, highly organised professional with strong project management abilities and a solid understanding of current marketing trends within the real estate industry. The Advertising Manager will work collaboratively as part of our broader network marketing team, the successful candidate will contribute to cohesive, high-impact campaigns that drive engagement and deliver results.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, budget and organise all sales advertising campaigns including coordination agents, clients and third party suppliers including photographers, designers, and media suppliers
Provide direction for the design and development of advertising strategies aligned with the company’s brand and promotional goals
Oversee and review all digital advertising, social media promotions and sponsorship objectives and events
Working closely with sales agents to scope out property campaign details
Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements for property advertising and brand standards
Monitor advertising campaign performance and prepare reports with metrics
Organising and implementing targeted advertising initiatives in line with campaign objectives
Managing online advertising across third-party real estate portals and social media platforms to promote property listings.
Ensure brand control with third party suppliers and platforms
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing or Business, or a related relevant field
Real Estate Licence (Class 1 or Class 2)
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Advertising Management or comparable field
Proven experience managing advertising budgets across multiple clients
Experience in real estate industry essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
SKILLS:
Creative thinker with ability to plan and execute long-term advertising strategies
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and deliver on expected results
Ability to account for and work within budgets
Ability to interpret and affect legislative requirements for property advertising
Digital advertising experience with proven record of executing social media campaigns
Demonstrated high level written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to successfully meet project timelines and manage competing deadlines
Overall ability to work collaboratively with media suppliers, agents, and creative professionals
Understanding of the local real estate market preferred
Bilingual candidates desired
